A great alternative to Eventbrite! Feature-rich. Easy to use. Best part? LOW Fees! We have successfully e-ticketed several (in-person) business lunch mixers and are now ticketing our (in-person) performing arts concerts with PromoTix! They recently added multi-users, so we no longer needed to give out our admin username and password. It was asked for, and they delivered. Can't wait to see what else is coming down the pipeline. Keep up the great work!

I've purchased two codes, set up a test event and I'm very impressed with the product. Very clean and simple. I am surprised that this deal hasn't got more attention or reviews.

I won't be using this app until they implement season tickets. This is on the roadmap and I hope it arrives soon - used for discounted bundles of tickets eg season pass, festival pass, monthly pass.

I was looking forward creating a mobile app as well, however, I got a shock when I found out that in addition to the $400 submission fee there is a recurring $250 monthly fee. This eats up all my profit (selling tickets to small yoga / dance therapy classes.)

My business partner and I host live in-person events and online (hybrid) and this could be the perfect tool for us (most of our events are free and we sell at our event).

I wanted to love this but it's lacking: UX feels like 2010, options on the backend for customizing your registration page, lack of help/knowledge base on the backend, and can't use this for free events without friction (for example if it's a free event, the button says "buy ticket" rather than register, reserve, etc).
I think it's promising but needs some attention to the flow. Refunding for those reasons.

You will grind your teeth in future if you miss this.
