Prompt Architects Reviews

I wanted an easy way to store/organize my prompts across multiple machines, switching between work and personal. While I had previously been using some docs, prompt-architects makes it easy to keep things organized with various categories, tags, models, etc.

So far the improve prompt functionality has been a huge help. With a single click it takes my one sentence prompts and gives me a ton of additional parameters that I didn't consider which I can refine. The icon within the AI tool plus the Chrome extension makes it super convenient to access.

While I still need to play with the additional context options, global variables, AND go through the already existing prompt library, the few features I've been using have made it wonderful to work with. Super excited to further test things out and for future development! :)

Prompt Architects is a really useful tool for anyone who works with AI regularly. I like that it takes a rough idea and turns it into a much more structured, usable prompt for tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. It saves time, helps clarify thinking, and makes it easier to get better outputs without having to manually rewrite prompts over and over.

The interface is clean and the concept is strong. I can see this becoming a daily-use tool, especially for creators, marketers, product managers, and anyone building repeatable AI workflows. The ability to generate prompts for text, image, and video is especially valuable because those use cases all require a slightly different structure.

My main suggestion would be to improve the prompt library organization. Allowing users to make custom catagories and it would be helpful to have folders, tags, categories, favorites, search filters, and maybe even project-based collections. For image prompts specifically, it would also be great to be able to attach a reference photo or visual example to the prompt. That would make the tool even more powerful for people creating product images, brand visuals, thumbnails, or consistent creative styles.

Overall, this is a strong product with a lot of potential. It already solves a real problem, and with better library organization and image reference attachments, it could become an essential prompt workspace.

I purchased Prompt Architect and immediately tried to activate it. The page would not load. I have spent about an hour troubleshooting and using different browsers to try to access the program but only get a message that the "site can't be reached". Is this a known issue? Has PA closed already?

VERY impressed with this tool. It has a LOT of helpful "built-In" prompts. This is definitely one of the top "value" products that I have purchased on AppSumo in a long time. 100% recommeded over any other prompt tool on the market. Hopefully, they don't fade away as so many other AppSumo products have done in the past.

What it's CRITICALLY missing: The ability to grab and move the prompt cards around in our personal library. This is a must-have. As I was adding prompts, I didn't realize that I needed to start with the LAST prompt first. Now all my prompts are in reverse order. Deleting them wasn't an option..
