Q: Account downgraded to free with no response from the Dev
My account, like many others, has been downgraded to the free account. It has been over a week now. I see comments that it has been fixed, and even an email saying it was fixed. I immediately responded to your email notifying you that the account has not been fixed, with no response. When do you intend to re-activate the account?

I have sent emails and never received a response. I like the idea, but I am worried that after all my effort adding prompts, I will lose everything.
I have found a similar tool, https://www.aipromptgenius.app/, which is mainly free and does everything PromptBox can do. Additionally, I can be sure to have a backup on Google Sheets.
I will be requesting a refund soon if PromptBox does not reply.
A: It is! I Just hired some more developers today actually. We have a mobile and desktop app coming soon to all premium users. I personally much prefer the small window that promptbox uses rather than the large interface from the competitor you mentioned. Would love an update here if this answered your question.
with the above mentioned tool, if the same variable is used several times in the prompt I do not have to type it several times. can something like that be use here? and what about the backup?

Hi! I bought Promptbox from Appsumo March 1 and a week ago it stopped working, I coulndt log in, my account had been remowed and my prompts are gone. What is the bug in the system? Is this product still active? Contacted support but too answer for a week now?!? But I still get automated sales email to upgrade... Please respond here If your email is down I need to know how I can get this up and running again. /Regards R
Trying to reach support via email provided, but no response from founder... I bought the 19$ deal less than 2 month ago and i cannot use the app anymore. Anyone knows how to get help about this situation ?

Nothing has changed. The account is still showing as free, and I haven’t seen a response from your email. Additionally, there’s been no reply to the Appsumo email within our thread.

Matthew isn’t telling the truth. Despite his claims of replying via email and restoring the account to the paid version, he’s lying. AppSumo confirmed he hasn’t responded to their emails either. Additionally, he’s been deleting any comments related to PromptBox on social media.
