I only tried one of the templates so far: The WooCommerce Jungle Edition.
Result: I am impressed!

The whole template is extremly well done until really tiny details. Even things that are not mentioned in the features-list and not shown in the demo are done well.

Example: The sidebar!
The demo has a great sidebar with the categories and the price-range.
Very usefull, but not so good for my products. After a support-request I realized, they did not only built the sidebar, they created the whole "sidebar-management" where I can easily turn off the price-range, add the Tags and many other options and, and, and ...

It´s a dream to work with templates which are done so well!
