Whenever I play a video on Protoplay.tv the video window is black, a white cross in the center and message "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."
The error with every and any video, even videos that previously displayed.
We have never tried this before, but if you use the embed link this may work. To get just the embed link, you can take the following steps:
1. On the video page, click the ellipsis menu button (3 dots) > Click "Share" > Copy the embed code > On the part that says src="https://protoplay.tv/e/1234?type=video", take everything in quotation marks. In this case, ----PART 1----
Would it be possible for you to expand on this question? If the question is in regards to whether or not we support upload of these file types, the answer is officially no. Officially we only support mp4, but other containers (like webm) may work unofficially.
