Q: Security Concerns

In case your infrastructure is attacked, how can you protect the email forwarding that we have created? Do you keep the data backup, etc?

Also, if your infrastructure is hacked, then the hacker can easily get access to the accounts, because they can change the receiving email and reset the password.

How can you protect your service from these two things happening?

1. We have a hourly backups and we do continuously restoring from backups in order to see that everything is working without interruption.
2. Our infrastructure is securely protected and spread out on different machines, but in case it's not enough - it's simply not possible to change the data without us knowing since potential intruder wouldn't be able to get an encryption keys to write in the database such sensitive information as forwarding emails and passwords.

Q: Ownership Verification is a useless step

If I don't have the ownership, I won't be able to add the MX record, SPF, and DKIM in my email settings, right? Then why do we have to verify it? It would be great if you made the process simple, seamless, and fast for the advanced user.

Also, the UI/UX can be improved a lot. Hope you will hire a professional UI/UX guy to design the frontend

Verification with the txt is needed as the part of the internal process.
We need to keep only verified domains on the mail server.
So, we can’t remove it.

Regarding the UX/UI — sure.
The current UI has been made by our designer (it’s a contractor).

Q: Problem with signup

I just purchased it and after signup i bumped into this error.
Oops. Something went wrong. Error code: 8-800-555-35-3
Whenever i try to login to my account i get this error i did not even redeem the code yet.

You can bring your own domain, but it would forward all incoming emails to your real email.
You would still be able to reply and text someone first, but it wouldn't work with email warming tools.
ProxiedMail doesn't work as the cold emailing or mass email tool.

So, please let me know the use case for email warming tools.

Q: 🈸Panel in other languages

The panel is relatively simple, so it could be adapted to other languages.
Have you considered adding other languages?
This would increase interest in other countries.

Sure, we have it in the backlog. But we would prfioritize the translation of the marketing materials first in order to be better to explain what ProxiedMail does over all. I would say it could be done next year probably since the website is quite big.
