Brilliant Tool!

I just bought the code and starting using it. Very easy to use BUT powerful! I love how the interface is designed.

DO yourself a favor and grab at least one code.

The roadmap looks promising.

I hope we can post on YouTube soon. With YouTube Publer will be a killer.

Please! Keep developing the tool!

By the way. Support is great!

Great product and responsive support!

I love this product and I've been using for several months now. I mainly use the bulk/CSV tool to submit multiple posts. Whenever I had questions, the support was responsive and helpful. Ervin, the owner is very helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Very nice product!

I just wanted to say thank you for making this product. Even though I use it for multiple social media accounts, this product makes it worth it just for Facebook alone. I don't know about anyone else, but it seems like Facebook is having multiple personality disorder. Their existing interface is missing features that it's new interface has and it's new interface is missing features it's previous interface has. And with that said, forget about scheduling. Facebook then wants you to use their new and improved "Publishing Tools" product which takes you to a 3rd type of interface. All of this nonsense just to make or schedule a post. Where did the days go where posting something on Facebook was easy? Publer in my opinion brings back the simplicity of making a post and allows you to do it across multiple social networks. All I can say is thank you for giving me back this wonderful breath of fresh air. Thank you for building a tool that is stable and simple and just "gets the job done".

I have been daily using Publer!

Publer is one of the social medial scheduling tools that I use. It is solid, and their easy-to-use UI makes the difference to my social media workflow. I use it mainly for twitter and fast posts.

PROS
- You can schedule and post really fast
- Integration through Instagram using Zapier
- Group Accounts make really use to post about different subject
- Unique features like signatures, location, branding, and video posting through public sources

CONS
- You can't post directly on Instagram yet
- Scheduling is a bit confusing on recurring

Replaced MeetEdgar

This is pretty awesome so far. Have managed to replace MeetEdgar, is posting without issue (yet anyway), and has a decent enough interface. Was a bit confused when I first got in, but didn’t take long to figure it out.

Would recommend this.

Love the product

I have been watching Publer for a long time and decided to jump in recently. As a long time user of Buffer, I had my doubts. But so far, I am pretty happy with the switch and love Publer.

Planning to shift all my clients to Publer soon.

Great

Publer provides excellent value for your money and is very easy to use. I finally found an app that allows me to work with all the platforms I need and offers easy individual post customisation that I am looking for. I've cancelled my other schedulers and look forward to following these guys on their roadmap.
___________________________

✅ PROS:

- Very clean interface, smooth running
- Ability to bulk post and still customise each post for each platform
- Watermarks for each account are a very cool and saves time
- They added Instagram around a month after I purchased it; yay!
___________________________

🟠 CONS and what I'd like to see IMPROVED:

- Duplicate Scheduling Error: E.g. I schedule three posts to Facebook, GMB, and Twitter. An error comes up saying Twitter is a duplicate post. All okay EXCEPT it doesn’t tell me that my other two posts have already been scheduled. They’re still there. I fix the Tweet and press schedule. This time it schedules all three posts. The problem now is that I have duplicates of the Facebook and GMB posts, and one Tweet.

- Doesn’t tell you when you’ve made a duplicate post (Exception of Twitter); you only discover this by checking the schedule.

- Doesn't allow individual minute selection for the delay between posts.

- Logo Creation #1: A notification that a logo image is unsuitable before you click upload. When uploading an incorrect image, all that appears is a big X. It doesn’t tell me why it can't be used. I have to click the upload button before it tells me that there are requirements for image type and size.
- Logo Creation #2: Opacity doesn’t have an option to input a percentage or number; I would like the specifications for all my logos to be identical but without this option, I have to guess.
- Logo Creation #3: "Size not included in the list" Error. List of what?
- Logo Creation #4: Unable to remove/change watermark once post scheduled; the only option is to delete the post

- Schedule Calendar View: This is the aspect that I feel needs the most improvement. Right now it's very basic and not very helpful. It shows that I have multiple posts on one day but doesn’t say from which platform. Hovering over each post is tedious. If I’m missing a platform, I’d like to be able to glance and figure out which one, rather than clicking to find out.
* Colour-coding based on platform?
* An option to view scheduled posts with an image (like Hootsuite) instead of plain text

- Schedule Filter: There is an option to filter posts by account, but not by platform, i.e. see all posts currently scheduled for Facebook, all for Twitter, etc.

- Reusing Draft Posts: When reusing a draft, keep all the settings previously made. i.e. if I had updated the post for different social networks, keep those changes instead of wiping them when you save as a draft.

- Instagram Zaps: I found the current written instructions very hard to follow with their current layout. I would recommend a video instead.

All valid points that will be taken into consideration.

The "Duplicate Scheduling Error" for example has already been taken care of with the new release :)

BEST Social Media Scheduling Platform!

THIS HAS BEEN MY BEST PURCHASE ON APPSUMO!

When I came across this deal on Appsumo 2 months back My initial reaction was- a social media app without instagram integration? Must be a joke! (Instagram integration wasnt available then)

However I read about the features in detail. At that time I had tried a couple of apps (Hootsuite and Zoho social) and was not happy with both because of certain features and was looking for another platform.

I bought the deal and have been using it since 2 months and experience has been GREAT. I am talking strictly in terms of Social Media scheduling features and not for analytics or other features-

PROS-

1.) Great price. Limit of 30 accounts is also good. My Money has been recovered in 1 month only.

2.) Extremely easy to schedule posts. Takes less than a minute.

3.) Option to make changes to post per social platform.

4.) Ability to preview how post would look on each platform.

5.) Works great so no requirement to contact support. However it is prompt if required.

6.) Roadmap looks great with features such as hashtag recommendations, youtube integration etc.

CONS-

1.) As a scheduling app cannot think of any.

2.) Analytics and other things might be basic but I dont use it for that purpose.

Absolutely get Publer. Totally recommended!

I have zero problems recommending Publer. In fact, this is the best social media posting platform I have used via AppSumo (having tried PromoRepublic, SocialBee and Sociality.io).

The developer is INCREDIBLY responsive and helpful. The support is really good, and that says a lot.

The responsiveness from the developer also means I have faith in constant updates coming in the future.

It has an incredibly clean UI, which was my biggest problem with SocialBee (it's just so messy I never wanted to use it).

The value proposition is amazing. I bought 4 codes. I might not ever need that much, but I can see that I would use this solely once they get the Pinterest and Instagram API integrations going again. Heck, even without AppSumo, they are not overpriced like most social media publishing platforms.

There are so many options for what you can do with posts, editing posts, posting to multiple platforms. It's pretty intuitive, too.

It's FAST. No waiting around for ages or slow-down on the page.

Onboarding is easy, and the help pages are actually really well done.

There are a few small issues and some improvements I would like to see (smart auto scheduling based on analytics, hashtag groups that aren't via shortcode, randomise posting schedule once multiple posts are drafted), but nothing that stops me using or wanting to use Publer, and my main platform (Pinterest) is limited with its Zapier integration, but I have faith that once they get API access, it will be great for Pinterest.

This is a platform that I really hope stays around and does well, because there is so much going for it.

Okay scheduler with issues / No decent indept analytics

Comparing with PromoRepublic, I thought scheduling and posting experience of PR was more tight, put together, and matured. But personally for me, PromoRepublic has a big flaw, which I thought that this app could address. Unfortunately it doesn't. The flaw is this - if I am creating posts for my business using my business profile, I cannot tag my own profile on the posts. This is a huge deal as it does let your followers know more often when you are tagged. Now there is a workaround - you can manually go to individual FB and Insta platofrms, and tag after the post is already published. But that means more manual work. Secondly, I cannot tag on twitter after the post is already published.

Analytics is worse than what you see on instagram and FB. I understand the creator has it on their roadmap. Because of their cheaper cost, I will hold out to this app for now with the hope that they don't disappear and actually deliver on analytics.

UPdate: I am going to be refunding. I asked them if they would ever allow to tag our own profile on posts (first issue mentioned above). They said that it is not possible. Meaning it is not even going to be in future. So I am most likely refunding this one, unless someone from their team responds positively to this post.

Hi there and thank you for the feedback.

That is unfortunately true. Facebook and LinkedIn do not allow you to tag other personal profiles in your posts using a 3rd party app and that's in order to prevent spamming. You can try any app, even the biggest players out there like Buffer and Hootsuite, and you won't be able to tag your own personal profile.

There is absolutely nothing we can do about it.

When using a 3rd party app, you can only tag other Facebook Pages, LinkedIn Pages (coming soon in Publer), Twitter accounts and Instagram accounts (if you remember the correct @username handle).

Regarding the Twitter inconvenience, you can do the following. You can create the base post (without tags) and then turn on customizing the post for each social network. You can easily update the Twitter version of the post to include the tag. This way you only need to edit the Facebook & LinkedIn published posts.

We have major improvements planned for analytics later this year. Anything in particular that you would like us to offer?

We have been around for the past 5 years, in the shadows, and we plan to be around for many more years to come now that we're more popular :)

Cheers,
Ervin

Great tool, still space to improve

Publer is a great tool, simple and easy. The roadmap is great and I'm looking forward to see some of the features.

I've had some trouble with authentication requests over and over again but I think it will be solved easily since the support is superb. They even answered me on a Sunday.

I think the UI/UX could be improved. Not easy to manage brands separately, they are all mixed and grouped by social media.

I believe this is a no brainer for the price and potential there is.

Hi Oskar,

I just checked the access tokens for Facebook and Instagram and they look good. Let us know if you run into this issue again. I wish Facebook didn't make this part this complicated.

Basically you can specify the permissions you want to give to a 3rd party app for each Facebook Page and Instagram account that you manage.

While this gives you an extra layer of security, unchecking one required permission, even by accident, would break the integration with the 3rd party app.

Regarding your other suggestion, you can create a Team (soon to be renamed workspace) for each brand.

This way you will have each brand's posts, settings, insights and so on separated from one another.

https://blog.publer.io/creating-teams-and-team-collaborations

Hope this helps :)

A superb scheduling tool for people who run multiple accounts

Attracted by the lifetime access and low price, I decided to give Publer a go. Instantly cancelled my existing social scheduler as it absolutely delivers on what I need. I primarily need it for Twitter & Facebook, not Instagram and Pinterest so I cannot comment on these functions yet (and won't use it for Pinterest until titles can be pulled across),

I love that I can now fit all my accounts from multiple blogging businesses in one tool. The 30 account limit is EXCELLENT for small business, and unlike other scheduling tools you are only limited to adding 500 items at a time, you can actually exceed 500 in your queue - thanks to the quick response customer service team for verifying that.

The set up at the start is always going to be fiddly moving to a new platform, I've got a lot of work to do bringing all my evergreen content across still but already I can see it will be a huge timesaver in the long run and it's fairly intuitive to use. The category time slot set up and calendar view could be a little clearer (colour coding might help) but these are minor tweaks. Overall, very pleased with this purchase so far.

Good product, bad timing with current integrations / zap

I see the potential in this product, and the price is right so I stacked 5 codes. If money wasn't so tight I would have stacked 10. If you ask my accountant I shouldn't have bought it at all so that tells you something about the value I see.

Currently, the Instagram API is not available, and the Zapier integration with instagram is having issues. What this means to you: No Instagram right now depending on how you connected your Insta to Facebook.

I tested the posting function and it will @ Mention on Facebook like a friggen champ, and then it will syndicate to other social media accounts with the @ Mentions stripped. (100% how this should function. super happy with it.)

I have a few small gripes that very well could be user error. I don't see an easy or intuitive way to change the calendar to show Sunday as the first day of the week. It appears to me when I add somebody as a user to manage a specific project they get added to the project groups and get their very own project group with which to add social accounts. Example: Add Jo-Bob to manage "Jimbos Widgets" social accounts. Jo-Bob has access to "Jimbos Widgets" and "Jo-Bob's Publer" I'm sure this is mostly my ignorance in how the platform works, but I clicked around for a good 5-10 minutes fiddling with it and couldn't see how this wouldn't lead to me using up extra integration credits.

I subtracted 1 taco because it is not as polished of a product as PromoRepublic, but it is a much better deal. I'm just hoping that it doesn't go the way of PublBox. I have mixed emotions on these AppSumo deals. If it's not a good enough deal I get upset, but if it's too good of a deal I get nervous and wonder how the company will ever stay in business.

I recognize some of you might feel it is unfair of me to subtract a taco over my user error, and you're probably right, but the platform is not intuitive in these areas, otherwise, I would have quickly found a work-around. Also, there are some people that never read 5-star reviews, so I figured I would put something out there for the skeptical folks. It's not too good to be true, but if they push through and finish the product it will be. If that's the case, use your affiliate link and promote the heck out of the monthly subscriptions to keep them alive. As it sits what you get right now is a very robust platform for posting to Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin. It is well worth the money for that, and I imagine the little things will be sorted out in a few months. Once they add insta integration and Pinterest support it will be worth 10x what you paid.

Hi there and thank you for the detailed review.

Here are a few notes on the issues you seem to be having:

- The Zapier integration uses Instagram / Facebook API, so with or without Zapier, it will work the same in the future, meaning the Instagram accounts need to be professional (business or creator) accounts and they need to be connected to a Facebook Page.

- You can change the first day of the week (Sunday vs Monday) by going to settings: https://publer.io/settings

- Collaborations for the moment work as the following:

You add your social accounts to the team (soon to be renamed workspace) and then assign those social accounts to other members. The members will only see the social accounts they have been assigned to when using Publer under that team.

We have major improvements planned on collaborations, but for basic stuff it should work flawlessly.

Here's some more info: https://blog.publer.io/creating-teams-and-team-collaborations

P.S. You can rest assured that we're not going under the same route as PublBox, despite the name similarities. We have been around, in the shadows, for the past 5 years :D

This is Social Media Scheduling Tool You Want!

The interface is simple yet the tool is quite powerful. This is a hard combination to perfect. There are so many great features, but my favorite by far is auto comment/follow-up comment. This makes it super simple to put your link in the comments without having to sign in directly to the SM platform.

I'm not in love with the green or the superhero logo, and I started the trial thinking it had no chance to make me move from SocialBee. But I tried Publer because a friend did, and I was instantly hooked by the much cleaner interface. And once my team tried Publer there was no going back! We've happily moved everything to Publer.

Even if you have a social media scheduling tool you like, I encourage you to give Publer a try for yourself. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by how much easier it makes your social media life.

Easy, clean, expert at publishing. No attempt at being a jack-of-all-trades, thankfully.

Have some social media accounts to manage and don’t need workspaces, white label, and complex brand management (or agency) features? Seriously get Publer. If you work with social media, this will not be your one-and-only, but it will be a breath of fresh air for 👏 those👏 accounts👏 (you know the ones) that need to just be managed on their own and not eat through the account quota of your super-complex or special-purpose tools.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠
✅ The cleanest social UI you’ve likely seen.
✅ Amazingly gracious account and team member limits.
✅ Team member roles to allow posting or require review by social account.
✅ Watermarking on media assets? Yes, please!
✅ Instagram via Zapier (admittedly, haven’t used yet).
✅ Cleanest cross-post versioning I’ve ever seen.
✅ Has anyone ever mentioned Publer’s amazingly clean UI?

𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐒𝐨 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠
🔴 No workspaces… but remember this was partly why I like it.
🟡 If multiple accounts aren’t an issue, get each business or brand its own account
🔴 YouTube integration isn’t complete.
🔴 No post categories making campaigns manual… again, a positive if that fits your brand
🔴 No campaign, image editing, sweepstakes, etc. tools
🟡 … and please don’t add them! I see integrations coming, and this is fine.
🟡 Publer is about publishing, and I like it for that.

𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬
🧠 That roadmap is fire… Hashtag suggestions and CRM? Yes!
🧠 Get this for the one-off brands and other accounts where you need simple, clean, social posting management.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧
Guilty secret… I bought one code of Publer to “test”. Some of us who buy a lot here know what I mean. I don’t buy much thinking I’ll refund it, but after the wave of SMMS tools last year, Publer was just a “test”. I’m keeping it. You can’t have it back. It’s mine now. 😎
