Everything you need in a ticketing system

I've been using Kaseya, ServiceNow and Freshdesk for managing tickets. I've tried to find a LTD that does the simple job of just answering support tickets in form of incoming e-mails.

Dashly, BirdSeed and ThriveDesk are a few I've tried but never liked. Dashly and BirdSeed are great for what they offer, but they are no true support systems. ThriveDesk is constantly improving, but I still get lost in the User Interface, and when I get used to it, it just feels - not complete somehow.

Pulsedesk took me 5min to feel comfortable with. I recognize a lot from the big guys like Freshdesk. They just name their things a little weird. Canned Responses are templates, automatic actions for tagging, managing ticket metadata of incoming tickets are under "Triggers" etc.

They have the most important features up and running, the most vital ones - in my opinon. And that's what I see after working in Kaseya every day for 5 years, and now in Freshdesk everyday at work (I'm a side hustler). I can't understand how this has not been blown up in Support yet. This, for me, is gem, this is what I've been looking for - for over two years now 😂

I would wish for a more "interesting" UI, it's very plain and kinda boring to be honest. It feels like the old Android Material design from 2014 right now, but it does the job. I hope they will continue to develop the product and improve it, because it have A LOT of the most used features that you usually pay $12-15/month/user for.

If you're looking for something to manage support tickets - look no further - this will do it. Perfect for freelancers and very small businesses. If they enable stacking, this will be good enough for larger companies as well.
