After numerous updates from their development team, this once old platform has finally reached a level of functionality I can appreciate. Since 2024, they have been actively improving it, and while it can be frustrating at times—especially with their support, which is not the best but does respond—I am getting results. Currently, I use it to generate my own puppet images, focusing on realistic human faces rather than cartoon puppets that don't resonate with most people and can even be unsettling.

I create and upload these human face puppets without issues. I'm continuously filling several YouTube channels with these puppets explaining various topics, and they look fantastic. Although the download process can be time-consuming—taking almost a full day—I produce 100 puppets each day, allowing me to download and upload them to different platforms the following day. I'm hopeful for a return on this investment soon, but for now, I'm thoroughly enjoying the content I'm creating with my puppets.

Today, I would rate the platform a solid 5 tacos, which is significant given that many others have vanished after just a year. I’m genuinely a satisfied customer!

It really does pain me to leave this review. I had been pretty happy with puppetry up to the last few months. I did pay the annual upgrade for upgraded voices. But, after creating videos now, I have been unable to edit and to add captions. It looks like those capabilities were taken away. Yet on the pricing page it says that you can add caption. I used to be able to add b-rolls, captions, design the captions, change size layout for the puppets...but all that has changed. I have tried to contact support through every means possible and no response until I received a feedback request, in which I was promised to have someone get back with me about the problem, and no one has. So, really, there is not much left of this program other than create it, ad voice and download to another program in order to do edits. Really not happy with this and the POOR response from support. Even an automated message is better than crickets. Wish I could give a glowing review, but I cannot. Hopefully this will change, and I can gladly change my review.

I regret this purchase. I am getting errors when attempting to generate a talking avatar. I have tried this with text animation and audio animation, and the talking avatar never generates. Support is non-existent as they do not reply to emails. Based on similar complaints, I would stay away from this app.

Since purchasing this license, I've generated just one video successfully. Recently, it has been nothing but bugs and totally unusable for video content, which was the entire point of this platform. I had high hopes that it would save me time using this over manually creating video content, but the technology just isn't there yet—not on this platform anyway.

Would I recommend it? Not right now. It's a great idea, but lack of reliability and poor customer service are letting them down significantly. When I posted about issues, they closed the tickets, claiming the issues were fixed, but they never were. I'm at a point now where I'm no longer wasting more time on it.

There are system glitches, and delays with video generation.
But the breadth of features, from audio creation to audiograms to animation, plus script and image generation too — it's a lot of value. I hope they succeed.
