A: With tier 1 you can simply create your own referral program, similar to other affiliate software such as Rewardful, and Reditus for example.
Q: How are cancellations & refunds handled on a WooCommerce platform?
1. If someone uses an affiliate link or code and then requests a refund, with the woocommerce integration, does a refund automatically stop the affiliate from being paid for the purchase that was refunded? 2. In the WooCommerce orders section, does it show which orders came from affiliate links, so my customer service will be able to cancel the affiliate payment when they refund an order in woocommerce?

1. Yes, we automatically delete a sale from the system (hence the commission as well), if the charge was refunded. Unless the commission has already been paid out, what i would advise you doing is adding a payout hold period that matches your refund window.
2. No, it shows the orders in push lap growth's dashboard that came from the affiliate links.

I use Stripe for my website payment processing. I saw I can add a script to my website heading or GTM to integrate a Stripe API connection with Push Lap Growth. The challenge for me that I will need to solve is there will always be a unique gap period between the purchase of the product and the use of the product and a full refund if there is a cancellation up until 7 days until check-in.
Do you also support integrations with Authorize.net or Square? PayPal isn’t a viable option for many businesses.
Also, do you use Wise to pay affiliates — and is that process automated?
