A tool with potential that needs functional improvement
It's a tool with potential; however, I found some shortcomings in its functional and operational design.
1. I invested considerable time in gathering and classifying all the tools I will later use in workflows. This task must be repeated if I create another workspace. It would have been very useful to be able to duplicate the "tools" section for use in another workspace. Even duplicating an existing workspace could be helpful.
2. The way and possibilities for classifying tools are quite limited (currently by status and by group). Perhaps adding tags could offer some other useful filtering options.
3. Selection tools are limited. If I need to select all the elements (for example, to move them), I have to do it one by one. To be able to move them all together, you must have planned to group them in a section.
I will consider a refund.

EDIT: In response to the reply.
- SHIFT + Click to drag. This isn't feasible for a panel with 200 items; you can't be clicking on each one individually until everything is selected...it's not efficient. I correctly explained the scenario where I needed to move ALL the items.
- Point 3 mentioned two possibilities. Obviously, as you correctly explained, duplicating a space might not be an option. However, duplicating or exporting the existing tools within one space to reuse them in the next could be very useful. Many of us use the same tools in different projects.
Please take my comments constructively.

Edited Dec 18, 2025Hey Diweb, a few corrections to your statements above, I'll answer in reverse:
3. ✅ It seems you missed a foundational shortcut in our platform. You're able to select multiple items in bulk with hold 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐅𝐓 + 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐠. It's the universal shortcut for multi-select amongst best-in-class canvas-based tools like Lucidchart, Whimsical, and Miro. I'd recommend exploring all our support options to learn about the basics of how the platform works before leaving a review:
↳ Puzzle Community (post in the community support space)
↳ Direct in-app support (we're a message away to get custom videos if needed)
↳ Bi-weekly Getting Started Sessions led by me
2. ➕ Thank you for this feedback — I can see how a tagging system helps further categorize tools. I'll take your feedback to our product team!
1. ✅ There's a misunderstanding of expectations with how the product works — a 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 represents an entire company's operations: processes, roles, tools, and data model. A Puzzle Workspace would be equivalent to the bones of an entire Hubspot CRM instance — so duplicating a Workspace would be comparable to asking Hubspot to make it easy to duplicate an entire CRM instance (spoiler alert: despite Hubspot being a $20-billion dollar company as of today, you can't duplicate a Hubspot instance natively).
Hope this clears up expectations and capabilities!

↳ 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 + 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐠: There's still a misunderstanding. You can select all 200 items and move all of them. Here is a video of me moving 135, 224, and 230 items in each of the canvases: https://www.loom.com/share/db9bf0a1f2d54c73adcd1adc1e73b7bd
↳ 𝐃𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬: Understood — I'll bring this as feedback to our product team.
