As we start to incorporate AI automations across our business, I've been looking for smart ways to map out, and share, workflows amongst the team. Puzzle really is a briliant tool for this. Within an hour I'd mapped out a workflow and sales funnel for a new product we're launching. Seeing it laid out end-to-end I could quickly identify where to embed AI, which LMS would suit us better for scaling, and what specific skills we needed to hire in. I have a feeling it will be a game-changer for our business this year. PS: the Puzzle tutorials available on YouTube helped enormously.

This is like taking a miro or figma board and putting it on steroids. Couldn't be happier with the tool in helping us not only visually but also put the connectivity of how all the processes fit and work together in our non-profit agency.

Puzzle is an amazing tool and definitely is one of the best purchases I've made here on Appsumo. It has a clean interface, and I purchased tier 3 primarily to add the tool cost feature which was definitely worth it, event though I was skeptical at first. As a business owner, I am constantly evaluating my tech stack and making sure that every tool in my arsenal has a place and value. Being able to see to visually track all the tools I use in workflows, and delivery processes, and understanding the true cost of running them in a more visual format was an amazing addition I never really knew I needed till now. The MCP feature is also amazing and helps me build and visualize processes faster. As a solo operator without a team, this was an excellent tool to add to my arsenal, and has earned it's place as a solid part of my business. After having tried so many other tools to try and achieve what Puzzle does flawlessly, yeah definitely 5 tacos for me!

I'm updating my original review and changing my rating to 5 stars as a vote of confidence.

My initial concern was the lack of recurring AI credits for LTD customers and the absence of a BYOK option. The founder took the time to respond publicly, explain the reasoning behind the AI credit model, point me toward the existing Claude MCP integration as a workaround, and confirm that BYOK is actively being worked on and expected soon.

While my original concerns have not completely disappeared, the situation looks very different now. I appreciate the transparency, the willingness to engage with customer feedback, and the commitment to delivering BYOK for LTD users.

Because I understand how important reviews are for a growing product, I'm updating my rating as a vote of faith that these commitments will be delivered. If BYOK launches as promised, I believe it will significantly improve the value of the LTD for long-term customers.

Happy Monday & Sumo Day! I fell in love with Puzzle early on. If you are anything like me, you have purchased a lot on AppSumo. Puzzle lets you track all of your software purchases and now you can add in one-time purchases. Even better though is Nova AI - which helps you build out your workflow on the canvas, including associated tools timelines, etc. However, it will challenge you in ways that will help you know/figure out your processes - this is GREAT.
