Fantastic Tool
I went back and forth on this one for a little while because it couldn't quite fit it into a software bucket that made sense to me at first. So I dug into the product capabilities and finally pulled the trigger. I'm very glad I did. Puzzle is unique - It does what no other product does in bringing together your actual business processes with the tools required for each process, the time it takes to do the process, who does the process (and their hourly rate), and SOPs and notes in each box.
In other words, it tells you EXACTLY how much money it costs you to run a process for a client (i.e. onboarding costs you $10 in tools + 45 min account mgr @ $30/hour and you run this process 10x/month) in your business and ensures that the process is done in exactly the same way every single time.
I've spent some time on it and its easy to figure out on your own if you play with it for an hour or two. Once you've outlined your processes, you can actually see (for the first time?) IF you're profitable, profit margin, etc. and make actionable business decisions that matter.
Feature Request: Allow one-time costs independent of Tool assignments.
Currently, we can't add one-off purchases (e.g., setup fees) to a monthly subscription workflow. Proposed Solution: Enable users to add a cost directly to a specific 'step' without requiring a 'tool' association.
Other than that, it's great and I highly recommend this one if you're a business owner.
