We did the Tier 1 deal that says unlimited workspaces and tabs. We did have an issue that was making the number of steps in the process, but within a short time, the customer support team replied and fixed the issue for us. Kudos to the team for a quick response and fix. Looking forward to having our team use this tool.

Here's what happened: it looks like 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 on your end, and your AppSumo Tier 1 plan is attached to one of them — but the Organization you've been building in is the other one (the free one). That's why you're hitting the 50-step limit.
Within your AppSumo Organization, you genuinely do have 𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬, 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐬 — no catch.
