We are currently working on our processes and have built them with Freeform so far. Puzzle came at just the right time.
It's a really great tool that's also very easy to learn. I bought “Tier 3” because it offers even more advantages with colors and list views. We use it for processes in the company where you can explain everything in a super understandable way.

What I would like to see is the ability to use photos in the notes or as an extra category. The reason for this is that it would allow you to not only explain the processes, but also show where you are in the process. (An example would be a frame on a subpage of a program.) This would shorten the written explanation.

The software can do more than you could wish for, and you can tell that the programmer has put a lot of thought into it.
