The Magic for this tool is at Tier 3
This tool will not be for everyone. I will repeat this tool is not for everyone. You have to be a digital consultant or agency. If you have a vision of building out efficient systems or have the ability to help others become very streamlined and efficient this is your tool. If you want to take a 360 degree of your entire business or enterprise this would be your tool choice.
Not everyone will see the value in this tool, but I would caution you that having a tool look at your entire business can help you grow your business. I can already see that this tool will help double my business just for the mere fact I can see my entire business universe from one tool.
I did a deep dive video on this tool and shared my use case here, which may not be the same as everyone elses. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOF4g9SsY5k&t=659s
What I like about this tool:
+ Gives me a very good 360 view of my enterprise
+ Does a decent job of costs, but could be better
+ Has a lot of tools preloaded
+ The support was above average even though it has bots they are very good at helping you navigate.
+ They have been in business for 5 years.
What I dislike about this tool
- It does not allow me to manage my sunken cost of LTD's
-It does not allow me to produce any type of PDF or Excel reports (I think this is hurting Puzzle for Agency Users)
- It does not have cname or domain name or allow me to use my brand anywhere (This is very big in LTD and Sumolings)
- Very lite on Direct integrations
- No webhooks (this should have been a small add in lieu of light integrations)
Although this tool left me wanting more I can appreciate the tool for what it is in it's current state.

Nov 4, 2025Hey DigitalGrowthHacksClub! Thank you for your review, comments, and thorough review on YouTube 🙏
I'd like to add some thoughts to your comment about Puzzle being only for digital consultants and agencies because I think it's pointing to a deeper point about operational excellence.
Your comment begs the question — why do digital consultants and agencies have to consistently prove their value, and most of the time, internal employees don't have to? It's because agencies and consultants are held to a higher standard of work (typically charging a premium too) and required to quantify their impact. But an extremely high standard of work isn't exclusive to agencies — internal team members, too, can raise the bar on how tech stack investments, process improvements, and cross-team alignment are achieved.
Especially in a world racing towards system-led operations, internal teams will have to understand how the operational big picture works in order to inform multi-builder teams to automate and architect systems at scale.
Excited to tackle some of those -'s for you in the coming months! Thanks for your support and encouragement in the positives! 🙏
