A: The domain registrar Tonic (.to) domain has issues with the DNS settings. Our servers and email are affected. We are actively working with them to resolve the situation as we speak.
I had the same 30 minute panic, as we are running an event and nobody can click on any link, it really does make me worry on what would happen to 100s of links if the company went bust!
Team pxl.to, is there a plan in place to prevent this kind of outage in the future? I'm hesitant to continue using the product if intermittent service is going to be an issue, since my links being down for a day means lost revenue for my business.
The registrar solved the issue and Pxl is back online. Thanks for your patience, everybody
Q: I can't find a way to have the links redirect to a specific address if the link breaks and becomes 404 etc.
I know other services I use have a Default Destination for each "workspace" (which I can assign/fill in) if a link ever becomes unavailable or broken. If this is not supported can it be added to the roadmap please. I emailed the suggestion as well.
