Q: good tool but on life support...

forever on ltd, good tool but one wonders if founder has the chops to even get it right for mrr.

if ltd is the ONLY mrr...then it's basically on life support.

Q: Is this product cancelled as well after sales?

I can't log in, it seems it disappeared. It's been a few products like that, purchased on AppSumo with a "lifetime" license, that disappeared in the last few months.
I am down around 500 USD of purchases, I think.
Is there any guarantee from AppSumo, or do they intend to refund the disappearing goods?

Q: I want to purchase another tier, my original 3 tiers are still showing as unredeemed

I already have Tier 3 from AppSumo and redeemed them at the time, but they are still showing as not redeemed on AppSumo. I want to purchase another tier to increase my limits, but I can’t click to ‘upgrade’ via the usual AppSumo system because that button only appears for redeemed products.
Could you please advise me on how to add an additional tier. I have already sent an e-mail to QApop support but time is running out now. Thank you!

Q: I paid $599 for an agency plan 3 years ago, prior to your appsumo campaign, but now you don't have an agency plan?

The price was ~3x higher than your offerings here (prior to the price increase here), 3 years earlier and the limits are about 1/4th of what are being offered here.

Not receiving any responses from support about this, over 2 months without any reply including two follow ups. So I am asking here.

Q: No results after search?

I wanted to try the trial to see what kind of results you get with the 7 day free trial, I ran the 3 keyword search and then it says view analysis and the screen is just blank. Not sure if its broken or do you not get to see or view any results at all with the trial? If so, I wouldn't see any value in a trial that doesn't show any results, so I have to assume the tool is down or not working? Could you verify please? I'd like to know exactly what kind of results I would be getting outside of the demo video. Thanks.

Q: I'm Getting A Server Error On Your Website (QApop) When Trying to Create My Account After 5 Tier Purchase

Just sent a support ticket in, keeping my fingers crossed it will be answered quickly after
reading some discouraging responses about support. Will see how it goes

I just purchased 5 Tier license on Appsumo 08/31/2024 (please see 3 attachments in email)

I'm following the correct outline for redeeming my codes, however when
I try and create my account I'm always getting a sever error (see attachments in my email)

Can you please instruct me on what I need to do as I can't even creat e an account.

PS: About 1-2 years ago I believe I previously purchased and might have requested a refund
in case this might be an issue. However, if everything is working properly
I'm planning on working with the program now. Please assist

Q: I have not received any responses from your support emails for exactly 2 months now.

This includes two follow up emails. The first emails sent to contact@qapop.com (x2) and another follow up sent to d@qapop.com 2 weeks ago.

Is your support still active and are the addresses above correct? Is this product still active and alive?

Even AppSumo was included and Derek simply did not provide any help. I wouldn't trust this guy at all if he does not care about his previous LTD supporters. Si there any other way how we can get support from QA pop?

Q: how so i get this product to work?

I cannot use the product, at first i was uable to initially login for days, then i logged in and now everytime i do something i get a popup that says i cannot do this with a free account. so i cannot do anything. i was not uder the impression that paying for lifetime through appsumo was considered a free account and i would not be able to use any of the features. I cannot figureout where to put the appcode. unfortunately i cant use this product, and help has not been helpful at all. i sent an email for support and then i received an email saying if the problem was not resolve for me to email their support or appsumo support. This is the worst experience I have had with access any product that I have purchased through appsumo. i tried to leave this as a review, but it would not take it and it automatically gave 5 tacos, so i deleted the reveiw.
