The product has all the good features, but I wish all of them worked as expected. The Search functionality doesn't work. I would say it stopped working now. The support never gets back or doesn't listen to your repeated requests. The only thing left is to move out of this platform :(
I have used many recruiting software having worked with multinational organizations. Many are clunky and others are extremely time consuming to setup, track and follow the candidate process. When I saw QPAGE, it interested me due to the easy navigation and setup.
Here are some main points of this software: PROS: 1) You are able to evaluate the candidate easily once they submit their information. 2) The system immediately read the resume and initiate is built in AI analysis and provide you feedback. 3) You are able to write in your own questions and then grade answers as you review the results video. 4) Parsing out the resume to fill in all the requirements helps you immediately categorize your candidate.
CONS: 1) Automated Video Interviews - the setup allows for Firefox browser only, but I was able to use it on Mac Safari. 2) Video Interview Screen is very small. 3) When candidate answers questions, and they click next, it does not give them a PAUSE on the video or provide a PAUSE button before moving on to the next video. So the final result is along video with all questions. 4) There does not seem to be a maximum time allotted when setting up the questions on the back end. So when candidates begins the video interview, they can keep talking on and on.
This has pretty much everything you need to track candidates from start to finish. You even get their basic assessments included, though it would have been nice to have the Bryq assessments included as well. With the CNAME support it makes it easy for you to set up an agency profile and self-branded recruitment if you also cared to go beyond the needs of your own company.
As for the future, integrating with background checks and other services really helps make things an all-in-one solution. I picked this up before the LTD deal was over and have been now integrating it into an upcoming project. So far all the tests I have done have been great and work well, any applicant should have an easy time going through the process.
One thing I didn't like: The video interviews were conducted on a page that had some other SaaS product's brand. That's really unprofessional and should definitely be corrected.

I give it four tacos for back end usability.

Great app works as it should.
Super excited to put this one test. Hope it would be useful for our hiring procedures and bring a process oriented approach to the whole thing.
