I'm not as happy with this as I'd like to be. After just a few generations I get the message:

I don't know how people are getting a successful QR code when after just a few generations you get blocked. I'm supposed to get 20 per month, but in reality I'm lucky to be able to run 10 x generations in a row which means I don't achieve my goal, and I lose my work and credits.

Given it is AI generated and almost never starts out how you'd like it, it is imperative that running successive generations work. In reality, it will be difficult to use this app for anything commercial as you could promise a client a QR code and after 20 generations, still not get what they want.

This software is easy to use and works as promised. I spent over an hour playing with it and making different QR codes. A lovely software that works well and is fun.

Nice idea to give a creative twist to traditional QR codes. Tested only with 2 urls, I noticed that with short elements it works better.

I'd really like to be able to use this length plus longer URLs without the use of a bitly shortner at some stage>

The comments here were useful in getting yummy QR codes that work. Choose default option as advised, QR codes generated with Option 1 do not work. Once the trouble shooting is out of the way (app is in beta), these QR codes are a dream come true. I chose the prompt 'coffee' and every render is oh-so-aesthetically-pleasing. Burnt up the limit of 20 generations while figuring out what's going on. Use URL shortener, it doesn't process long URLs (understandable because it's mixing art plus readable info). Leave out https:// and www (the app told me, but I didn't believe it). Since I have two AppSumo accounts, that saved the day. Getting QR Diffusion free as an AppSumo user is just so awesome for visually oriented creative professionals.

As a designer, I absolutely HATE how qr codes look and try to incorporate them into the design as best as possible. Also, who wants to scan a boring QR code? I managed to create a working qr code in the style of malevich which looks really nice. BUT – I reached the limit far to quickly because there is a LOT of trial and error involved to get it good looking AND working well at the same time. I think the subscription is a bit pricey (and I am also not a big fan of subscriptions). If there were an LTD option... OR use a per pricing per usage like with the Open AI API, because really dude – who creates QR codes all day?

It is very interesting, aesthetically pleasing, and also anti-copy for QR codes.
To use it, you must select the second "Dots Options" as the default.

(At first, I chose option 1. I was a bit annoyed that all four images were not usable. When I went back to see everyone's comments, I was not very satisfied. When I went back to check the home page, I saw that some images were usable and some were not scanned. Choosing option 2 again is fine.)

Sadly I could not get the QR code to work either - after reading reviews im glad it wasn't just me. Product needs a little work in my opinion.

Two stars because it's creative and clever and creates nice imagery when you use the right prompts.

Three missing stars because I used up most of my credits within minutes and not one of the images had a readable QR code. I messed about with the weighting, as advised, and even at maximum, the QR code was hidden in the creativity of the image.

Works well for me, whoever is saying that it doesnt work doesnt have knowledge in writing prompts. its a well structured tool, happy to get hands on it. thanks

I've tried multiple ways to create a QR code with this tool, and while the default example works, any I create don't. My phone simply doesn't recognise them as QR codes.
I've tried weighting the QR code to be more visible and use less complicated images to no avail.
Before writing this, I did reach out to support via the only way available, the "bug" report and I passed on all details and examples. Days later, I have heard nothing.
In my view so far, we have a product that created pretty QR codes that can't be scanned reliably, and we have limited/no support.
I think that's a one taco. I'm prepared to change that should the situation improve.

Really Good But... They haven't given us a chance for a lifetime plan yet lol. I like this a lot. I enjoyed making them and the output was actually really well done. 3/4 output consistently worked no problem (most of the time 4/4 did but a rare one would pop up that was a little harder to read) Would love to see a LTD for this product with generous (🙏) amount of outputs for us and high limits possibly a unlimited version (that part may be more wishing but you never know).

Do not receive confirmation email, not forgot password email, not magic link email. Cannot use at all.

I just purchased aiart something then this was a free. It does what it says, but for some reason I can't get a turkey to look like a cooked turkey 🤣🤣🤣 I need to work on my prompt skills, I guess.

I'm not used to provide reviews for freebies as they're often some kind of gateways to upsell and forced upgrade. QRDiffusion is not part of these fake freebies, you get "for free" access to their whole app, great UI/UX and you can generate 20 QR codes / month using Stablediffusion : results are awesome, really really good !

So of course, the upgrade button is there, and if you need more than 20 qrcodes/m, be sure you will upgrade as I will.

I had an issue to redeem my code, so I send a request to support using their google form : problem solved in about 20 minutes, nice ! The redemption link was not correct it has been solved since.
