Q: This looks like an incredible project!!

However, I have a few questions.

1. It sounds like files are stored on your server, what happens if your server ever goes down? Do I lose access to all my working files? Will assets synced to wordpress stop working?

2. Can you work on the source files locally in Adobe if you lose internet or are traveling?

3. Can you silo asset source files to specific destinations? e.g. My clients A and B both have Wordpress admin access on their respective websites. I don't want client A to be able to access and sync assets for client B. Is there a control for that?

4. What if I run out of storage with my lifetime license? Is there an option to increase cloud storage?

5. How does Quaaant handle file size optimization? Working files in PS and AI can be rather larger, does Quaaant have compression options and are those editable by the user?

A: Hey there!

I'd be happy to answer your questions:

1. If our server experiences downtime, you may temporarily lose access to your files. However, we have robust backup and recovery systems in place to minimize any disruption. Synced assets on WordPress should continue to function as they rely on cached versions, but new syncs or updates will be delayed until the server is back online.

2. Yes, you can work on source files locally in Adobe applications when you are offline or traveling. Once you regain internet access, you can sync your changes back to Quaaant to ensure everything is up to date.

3. Yes, you can silo asset source files to specific destinations. Quaaant allows you to control access permissions for different clients, ensuring that Client A cannot access or sync assets meant for Client B.

4. We will soon introduce an upgrade path for lifetime license (LTD) users to increase their storage. In the meantime, if you find yourself needing additional storage, please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you with your needs.

5. Quaaant has a built-in system that optimizes version control for AI files by storing only the changes between versions rather than saving each version separately. This approach significantly saves space and ensures efficient file management.

If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out. We're here to help!

"Synced assets on WordPress should continue to function as they rely on cached versions, but new syncs or updates will be delayed until the server is back online."

Does this mean wordpress is serving the images off of your server and not locally?
