Just curious if anyone is still able to get app support? I submitted a ticket on how to add the guest feedback script on a website builder that doesn't allow direct header access and no response for days.
Hi there I use another appsumo product plutio to manage my business, it would amazing to be able to integrate the task board. Any plans for zapier or plutio integration

There are no current plans to do this due to the lack of details that would be capturable unfort.
It would technically be possible if we were to collect very basic data such as just a screenshot but we would not be able to capture: - JS errors - DOM HTML details - Place pin markers where a bug was found - Various other browser / page specific...
That's correct, Markup allows for very basic pin dropping whereas QualityHive captures significantly more than that and delivers much more value to developers and internal teams which comes at the cost of having to copy and paste the tracking code.
I guess this isn't an issue on a site that you're building but what about one you don't have backend access to?
I think it's worth having a 'lite' version, without the enhanced features and just use it as a visual feedback tool, like markup does which a lot of people like about it.
Ah okay, for sites you do not have access to you are able to use the browser extensions which will allow you to raise feedback on any website on the internet with no access required to the website itself which should cover what you need?
That's exactly my point. I quickly tried QualityHive but Markup gave me the possibility of guests leaving feedback without me having backend access. In my case, I often use Shopify trial themes for clients to setup their stores *before* they commit to purchasing a theme they like, for which I have no access to the theme code until they buy it.

If you use the Chrome extension you will be able to raise feedback on any website without the need to edit their source code.
We don't claim to be a direct alternative to Markup as we are a different platform with a different purpose but the original feature youre referring to is possible with the extensions.
Q: Export to Trello: Screenshots have no comment pin
I tested the tool and I'm impressed. The only thing I'm missing, is that the screenshots exported to Trello, don't contain the "pins". So somebody viewing the todo in Trello doesn't see exactly where the issue is about.
Is this something that is on the roadmap for the future to fix?

I don't understand why almost none of the apps on AppSumo have a functioning demo page which would allow me to test it out within 3 minutes and then make a decision if it works for me.
QualityHive is to allow customers to provide feedback. Why isn't there a demo page we as customers can just provide feedback for that dummy page, easily, quickly and without registering and receiving emails forever.
This is a plea to you, AppSumo and all the other apps on here. Thank you

We understand the value of a public "fake" demo however, you will not be able to interact or see the full benefits of the platform with a fake demo...
