Could you explain how this works? On tier 1, for example, 30 voice generations with voiceover minutes per month.
I generate a video script with AI voice that came out at 47 seconds. On my profile, it said I had used 2/30 credits. I changed the voice, and another credit was used. It seems to imply that you would get 30 minutes of voice gen, but 47 seconds of video shouldn't use 2 credits, which I interpret as 2 minutes?

Please also note that 11labs works on 'character' tokens and we approximate it to minutes as that's what users relate to. There is different thus based on language, word length, etc. There are naturally some approximations in how we do estimations and given how scripts are generated we can't get exact seconds at the beginning of video generation.
