They are very very different tools.

What we do is help you create scroll-stopping ads (and posts) for all platforms (30+ sizes), with your product inside the ad (using proprietary quickads AI product photography). What adease seems to be doing is take those creatives and help you run a campaign with audience interest patterns (this is based on their video on appsumo). They have a creatives section but that seems to be classical prompt to image suggestion.
