It simply works! Bought Tier 3, and I'm glad I did.

For a small team of 5-6 people, QuickSigner has replaced DocuSign Completely.
We're able to track who is sending what documents, and can have preset templates for them to use. Devs have been receptive to feedback and added a the missing 'Initials' feature recently which has made it easier to use now. Overall, really solid platform, that just works!

I haven't tested the API feature yet that a few others have noted issues with, but I'm hoping it has been resolved and the founder / devs can help implement it. We'd love to use it in the near future, to integrate document signing in to our custom CRM platform and at $.20 per document it doesn't break the bank either.

5 Tacos for simplicity, usability and good support.

API is a nightmare. AI even confirms that.

I am a Power Automate Engineer with plenty of experience working with APIs and I have never seen such a documentation where even the AI which I took help from was even despairing. The funny part in here is that the API itself has just very very few endpoints, means it is tiny but even that is not maintained in a proper way...

See yourself what the AI finally said:

"The example you showed has name="" which appears to be incomplete or a documentation error. Most file upload APIs require a specific field name. Based on standard practices and your earlier working attempts, name="file" is likely correct."

"Missing body in their example
Their example is incomplete - it shows the headers but not the actual file content that would follow after the Content-Disposition line."

This 1 Taco remains here until the API is being maintained in a proper way. As soon as thats done, we can have a look at it and maybe change this rating.

And do me a favour and don´t try to blame me for not being able to integrate a simple API endpoint. I do this already since many years. Thanks.

Satisfied with the purchase

QuickSigner is intuitive and easy to use.

Feature recommendations:
1. Variable fields in bulk sending. Sign request with same underlying document sent to multiple recipients, but with variability in certain fields (e.g. company name, contract value, ...).
2. Option to modify sign request and document completion email messages (e.g. to localize language, ...).
