Q: Hello, I have two issues I want to clear.
1. The tier 1 is showing 500 monthly responses in my account while the appsumo deal says unlimited responses.Which one is it ?
2. My embedded videos show up truncated and never full-size like they should. Can you explain why?

Thanks for reaching out.
Unlimited responses means there will no limit with the number of interactions for the end-users. There are no end-user or no reply limit.
500 reponse is the limit regarding the analytics, which shows the answers.
Regarding the other issue, can you inform us with more details through the help chat widget on your dashboard?
