Hi! I already upgraded to the tier 4 to get the smtp integration and make the quizify branding disagppear, but each time I try, it tells me that it’s a premium feature and need to upgrade. Could you help please ? I tried to contract support, but the form doesn’t work.

Hi there, I'd like to build a survey with 2 sections, with results based on the scores for the individual sections - e.g. result for high score on section 1/low score on section 2, high score on both, low score on both. Would this be possible in this use case please?

A: Right now, Quizify supports score-based results based on the total score, not separate scoring per section or category. So calculating results like “high in section 1 but low in section 2” is not available yet. Custom score calculation formula you can set as per your requirements - default is sum of all answer's score.
You can still create multiple results based on overall score ranges, but...
Does Quizify connect with VBOUT, and if so, what tier would I need for that to be successful?

A: VBOUT integration is not available at the moment. You can still connect Quizify with many tools using Zapier or Make if VBOUT supports those platforms.
