A: HIPAA compliance and signing a BAA are not available at the moment. This isn’t on our immediate roadmap, but we may evaluate it in the future based on demand.

Hello, I purchased the deal on AppSumo to test the product. It looks interesting. I would just like to know something. Since I plan to use quizzes as part of training sessions, does your product provide statistics about quiz completion? What I mean is that I will send quizzes to learners and I want to be sure that I can track and monitor them several months later. For example, to see how many quizzes were completed and especially to keep the names and email addresses of the people who filled them out. I absolutely need to know their identity, and this is one of the questions I will include in the quiz. Thank you for your response.
When someone fills up the survey, do they automatically receive a copy if there’s an email field included? I noticed email notifications consume credits. Does that mean every time a survey is submitted and I send a thank-you email, 1 credit is deducted per submission? So eventually I’ll need to top up once the plan credits are used up? Can you clarify the full flow — from the respondent’s side, what exactly do they receive after submitting? 2ndly How do I calculate unique results based on their answers? For example, a personality test that categorizes them into a type, shows an explanation, and possibly includes further reading or an upsell/coaching offer?

Hey, i played around with your tool and Im liking it a lot, but unfortunately the Scoring System is blocked in a free account - why not allow everything to be tested only once? No where on youtube a actual result page is shown!!
