Q: Clarification About Tier 4 Monthly Submission Reset Date
Hi Quizify team,
I have a Quizify AppSumo License Tier 4 account, which includes 10,000 submissions per month. Originally, my usage was 0/10,000. I made one test submission only to check whether the counter updates correctly, so it now shows 1/10,000.
However, the dashboard still says the submissions “Reset on May 14, 2026.” Since that date has already passed, I wanted to clarify if this is only...

A: Thanks for reporting this. It looks like a small UI/display glitch — your Tier 4 submission limit still resets every month as expected, and this won't affect your quota or ability to collect submissions.
Our development team is already aware of the issue and will update the displayed reset date soon. Your account is working normally, so there's nothing you need to do on your end. 😊

At Tier 2, what can Email marketing apps integration do and can't do?
As I read on the questions, at Tier 4 will unlock SMTP that would solve the email notifications upon customer form filing
