Hi Quizify team,

I have a Quizify AppSumo License Tier 4 account, which includes 10,000 submissions per month. Originally, my usage was 0/10,000. I made one test submission only to check whether the counter updates correctly, so it now shows 1/10,000.

However, the dashboard still says the submissions “Reset on May 14, 2026.” Since that date has already passed, I wanted to clarify if this is only a display/UI issue, or if there is something wrong with the reset schedule on my account.

Should the next reset date be June 14, 2026 instead? Can you please confirm that the 10,000 submissions reset every month, and that the outdated reset date shown in the dashboard will not affect my monthly quota or ability to collect submissions?

I just want to make sure the Tier 4 monthly submission limit is working normally.
