Q: email notification?
Please can you clarify, if I set up a quiz to send the results to the user, does that require credits?

Aug 9, 2025A: Sending emails directly from the Quizify platform does require credits.
LTD users get a one-time free credit balance according to their plan, and can purchase more credits directly in the app when needed.
If you connect a third-party email service (like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Mailerlite, etc.) to send emails, no credits are required.
