1-can it be added to a web page as popup button?
2-how do we receive the forms, is it possible to receive them as email each time and can we receive them in more than one email address?
3-is it possible to receive leads into a google sheets?
4-is it possible to send automated confirmation email to people who filled the quiz?
5-is it possible to drive people to 2 or more different path according to their answers, for example if the answer X they will end up in a specific url, if they answer Y they will end up in another url?

Jun 6, 2025A: 1. We are working on a built-in popup feature and expect to release it in about a month. In the meantime, you can create a pop-up on your own website and embed the quiz using our embed code to display it that way.
2. Email notifications will be available within a week, initially limited to one email address per quiz.
3. Yes, you can send leads to Google Sheets using our Zapier or Make integrations. Direct Google Sheets integration will be added later.
4. Yes, automated confirmation emails are also coming next week.
5. Yes, you can use our logic jump feature to send users down different paths and redirect them to specific URLs based on their answers.
Note: Email notifications and confirmations will require additional credits to work. All LTD users will receive free credits when this feature launches. After that, credits can be purchased directly within the app.
