Q: Please explain domain limits on each tier?
Sorry but I can't see the website/domain limits per tier. Actually I understand there are submission limits? What are they for each tier and what are they please?

Here are the limits per tier:
Tier 1: Embed on up to 2 domains, 500 submissions
Tier 2: Embed on up to 5 domains, 1500 submissions
Tier 3: Embed on up to 10 domains, 5000 submissions
Tier 4: Embed on up to 10 domains, 10000 submissions
