Some users can't access the quiz (or quiz software)
I gave this a try for a few weeks but ultimately refunded it because it still has a lot of bugs and limitations that make using it difficult.
The first thing to know is that there is some sort of issue with accessing their website and the quiz software for some users. I could not initially access anything and ultimately I had to run a VPN any time I wanted to access the quiz software. Not ideal, but okay. This is a known issue for the developers and one they don't have a fix for.
However, after I spent time building my first quiz, and asked a few people to test it, I realized the issues with access weren't limited to simply the backend, but some of my testers couldn't access the quiz itself.
For me, that automatically makes this software unusable, because you won't know what people are getting error messages rather than the quiz.
Other issues include poor/limited logic options. I used a bunch of workarounds and changed my quiz simply to fit the logic that was available.
The integration with Kit only allowed us to send subscribers based on how they answered an individual question, not based on quiz results (this doesn't make any sense?)
The platform itself is currently unnuanced and if you want to do anything beyond simple quiz forms, you're going to find this software challenging to use.
I think the developers probably have a lot of plans for this software, but if you invest in this for detailed quizzes or heavy use, I think you'll find yourself frustrated. It's simply not really ready for use.
And not knowing who can or cannot access and may get an error message is a deal breaker, in my opinion.

Bought this software so I could make a quiz for a client and now cannot login to it. All it shows is an html backend when I click login from any browser. My business partner also cannot get to the login page. We've tried multiple browsers, computers, our phones...nothing. I reached out to support and they never fixed it. Not Reliable for My Needs
I’m sure this software is well intentioned, but I ran into about four different glitches in less than a week. I couldn’t view or use it in Chrome (only Safari), the tier system was unclear regarding CRM integrations and customization, and I was told I could customize scoring with my tier but that turned out not to be true. Embedding the quiz on my WordPress site also didn’t work. I have a tech background and can usually troubleshoot these things, but this experience just wasn’t smooth or usable for me. It may work for others, but it definitely didn’t work for me.
