Q: Hello, I purchased the app.
but the biggest issue is that inside the app, the scheduled posts show a thumbnail. which doesn't appear on the post. I contacted you support. and below is what they said. If you are aware of such an issue why isn't it being worked upon. (Just pasting the first line as the rest of the text was just stating that the issue is not with Quuu and was asked to edit the post manually - which also didn't work)
Here is the first line of the response from the support team:
'Apologies for the delay! We have users in touch with this issue all the time, unfortunately'

May 14, 2024A: Hi there, we are looking into this as we speak, but unfortunately, it is down to Facebook when resolving the opengraph data from each link. It does seem to be a sporadic issue though and doesn't affect every user.
Thanks for the response. This isn't just with Facebook but other social media platforms as well. Facebook atleast showed me two thumbnails in the past 2 days. But Linked didn't show up even a single thumbnail. I believe you need to collaborate with these giants. Please fix this asap as everyone is facing the issue. Just before they give up in frustration. atleast my team is already fuming.
