Hello, I purchased the app. but the biggest issue is that inside the app, the scheduled posts show a thumbnail. which doesn't appear on the post. I contacted you support. and below is what they said. If you are aware of such an issue why isn't it being worked upon. (Just pasting the first line as the rest of the text was just stating that the issue is not with Quuu and was asked to edit the post manually - which also didn't work) Here is the first line of the response from the support team: 'Apologies for the delay! We have users in touch with this issue all the time, unfortunately'
So...bought Quuu in 2016 and ended up not really using it. Now I need it and I am confused. The plan I think I bought was the "Amazing" plan which no longer exists. I think this means that I am grandfathered into the "Pro" plan. So if I buy a single code I would be upgraded to the "Business" plan? Also, can't seem to connect to my Buffer account and keep getting defaulted to you SocialChief account which seems to limit what I can do. Help!
