This is the first App Sumo product I've purchased that I've actually had some slight buyer remorse over.

Although the concept for this product is fantastic (curated content by real people, what's not to like?!), the execution leaves something to be desired.

The biggest issue - the categories are too broad.

If the site you are looking to have this curated content for is somewhat "nichey", the stuff that will be published is going to be too broad to really be of interest to your audience.

I also wasn't sure how I could monitor the stuff being posted, which would be the next biggest issue.

It turns out you have to turn notifications on. By doing this, you get an email sent out daily, where you can review the posts in Buffer before they go out.

This isn't great, because if you happen to be busy, you may miss some of the posts. Not to mention some of the posts were already "broken" or missing images even as they were queued up in Buffer.

The fact that you have to go to Buffer to double check the posts also kinda negates the whole thing.

If they can fix these two issues, I think they have a really solid product on their hands, and I'll be the first to revise my review.
