We do not see Qwil as the perfect app.; it is still missing very important things like the calendar and management of events, but the quality of the meetings on mobile is the best we found in Appsumo in 11 years. I do believe it is worth buying Qwil and keeping it.

Thanks for your review. Calendar sync will be coming by end of year - the quicker the better so will be easier to manage time and events. We spent a lot of time building and optimising the video - we may put it in app but have seen that running on browser works well for now.
Next up is 1. biometric request approvals - in a few weeks 2. e-signature...with drawing - mid sept 3....
I bought 2 sets of 5 codes a couple of months ago. Just a day before the deadline for redemption, I faced issues with creating account & login as my telephone service provider was blocking verification SMS. And since only 5 codes are allowed for single tenancy, 2nd tenancy would have lapsed. I must say that Alex Evans (support team member) was patiently dealing with me and did everything including suggestion to resolve the issues. Thanks Alex for your great support.

SMS and service providers are always a problem for all applications. We can control so much by using the best but operators in certain regions may block, delay or there is just poor signal. After the first login, the code can also...
It does exactly what it says, and the customer service is great as well. I ended up refunding it mainly because I don't think I have a real use for it, and because I don't like that all the messages DELETE themselves after 3 months, unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars a year, which I don't want to do.
I don't see me telling a client to download this whole thing, so I think I'd rather use platforms that we've already been using.
But if you need super security at an enterprise level, then this is a GREAT deal!!

Qwil is a communication platform so we do have to put some limits although we give unlimited clients, chats, signatures. As this is a lifetime deal, we couldn’t put unlimited message history and aligned it with slack with 90 days. We did offer for $180 a year which is 50% off the possibility to add one user and then remove the limits for all users....
I like it a lot, only 1 thing makes me uncomfortable.
This application is really great. I like the interface, simple and to the point. Easy to understand for any new user or customer.
I give it 4 and not 5 because there is something I don't understand:
Why does the option to create a new organization appear in the organization section for my clients? After a customer clicks on it, they get to a landing page to convert them into a qwil customer.
I understand that this option is in the administrator panel. But as a customer?
The first welcome email with the help and tutorial links is acceptable. The verification emails have the company logo then let people know that the invitation is from my company, excellent.
Important: I'm not saying and not claiming that the tool should be totally Whitelabel, but looking for new leads through my customers doesn't make me feel comfortable. I would pay more for such a great tool to make that little marketing campaign go away.

We were in two minds but that came as a request as many clients of a company then ask if they can use qwil for their own business so it is a way to show that it is multi tenant (ie have more than one company in the same app). It is less about marketing to be fair as one has to be a business to have qwil. We may change the link where it is pointed at to make...
It's a great alternative to the well-known communication apps out there. It's got API integration and Pabbly. Unlike other apps that take a few seconds to load the page clicked, it is also fast. I am giving it 3 stars as it lacks essential features like adding a "new topic" in an existing group chat and no option to bulk select users in admin settings. I am also a bit frustrated that it was unclear how many participants the Top Tier could hold. I have the top tier, with unlimited clients and 10 staff, but I was surprised when we tried it out and other people could not join due to limits being reached.

What do you mean about adding a new topic? You can create new chat threads with the topic or change the subject title?
On bulk assign users - you can use CSVs to add staff and all your clients in contact groups.
You are limited to 10 staff users that are invited. Did you invite more than 10 to hit the limit. Clients are not...
