Great Support from Alex Evans
I bought 2 sets of 5 codes a couple of months ago. Just a day before the deadline for redemption, I faced issues with creating account & login as my telephone service provider was blocking verification SMS. And since only 5 codes are allowed for single tenancy, 2nd tenancy would have lapsed.
I must say that Alex Evans (support team member) was patiently dealing with me and did everything including suggestion to resolve the issues. Thanks Alex for your great support.

SMS and service providers are always a problem for all applications. We can control so much by using the best but operators in certain regions may block, delay or there is just poor signal. After the first login, the code can also be sent to the mobile app rather than SMS if you login to a desktop for example. From then on...no SMS is required (face ID etc).
