Well helpfully this coming update remedies the blacked out front page delay issue. I have tried not only disabling the JS optimization feature, but the rest of the optimization features as well, but the issues still persist.
After figured out and resolved the blacked out front page delay. All my websites that are running your plugin are now performing at high speed and without any other issues at the moment. I am now proof testing for stability, with all other indicators showing NO ISSUES ATM and very noticeable PAGE LOAD SPEEDS it looks very promising!

I've been waiting for a response but it seems like they are just giving me the run around. My original ticket for my issue was Aug30 and they gave me a few updates and told me that it was fixed, but it never was, and then after I asked for more help to resolve the problem, they just forced me to open another ticket. Today, there is still no solution. I've submitted screenshots and detailed descriptions of the issue, but no one is responding anymore. At this point it's been 2 days since my last follow up, and a total of 10 days since I raised this issue with support, and no one is giving me a straight answer. Please, I need help setting the plugin up for my sites.

Q: A friend of my recommended your service although having initial setup issues.
His account was defaulted from a paid tier 4 to a FREE version and it could never get corrected. With that being said he asked me to give it a try so I loaded my tier 4 plan on the same websites about three days ago and today is 9/10/22. My PAID version currently is working very well! I will reserve my final review until after further testing. I was very skeptical because at first, I did see some of the same issues that he described, but after the most recent update to the plugin they seem to have disappeared. I ran GTMetrix and GiftOfSpeed and PageSeedinsights with improved results both on PC and mobile devices. I would say for others give the service 48 hours to run and properly propagate. This is what I have noticed so far if your websites are already optimized this service will over optimize your website causing issues. I would like to see an option to throttle optimization levels. It would take RabbitLoader service to another level! If your website shall I say is less then optimized this plugin might work very well for you less any other issues like with hosting. I hope I feel the same way by the end of my testing!
A paid version CAN NOT be turned into a free version unless your friend refunded it. Please ask your friend to purchase it again & it shall work.
I would say your evaluation of the plugin is appropriate. Unfortunately, many users are very quick to jump to conclusions & are looking for an instant result, when we mentioned it takes 24 to 48 hours wherever possible.

Your tool does not manage my pictures (only 11 pictures on several hundreds) and NO WAY to get a clear support on this. I just got on Sept 3rd a quick reply with no clear answer. Very evasive answer, with no suggestion to fix my overall issue. I did reply and since then (7 days !!!) still no answer !
I think I'll simply ask for a refund. No way to work in these conditions. Your tool is very interesting, but your support is breaking the value as it is really poor, to even not existing.

I'm not a newbie App Sumo user here. If I tell you I can't access the product and you start talking about support tickets but when I click support, all I get is an email address and that email address has failed me several times with short answers and we need more info and excuses, just like the one here. Quit blaming your users and take responsibility.
The best responses I've seen are only when things are handled publicly. You did not need to delete the plugin. It should have been activated correctly and when that failed, you should have solved it in a day or two, not 11 days! And then to just delete it and blame me saying I could have solved it myself, wow!
