Before Radius Booking, our support inbox had the same request coming in about a service booking solution. We've run RadiusTheme since 2016, and our 13 plugins and 90+ WordPress themes are used by over 250,000 customers worldwide, across dozens of industries. Customers building salon, clinic, classified, directory and service sites kept telling us they needed a simple booking solution. Existing booking plugins handled appointments but not events, or events but not meetings, and payments, reminders and staff schedules were scattered across paid add-ons.

So we built one plugin that covers appointments, events and meetings, with staff scheduling, payments, calendar sync and notifications included rather than sold separately. Then we added the piece we'd wanted for years: an AI assistant that lets a customer type "haircut with Emily on Friday" and get a confirmed booking without touching a form. It runs on your own OpenAI or Gemini key, so there's no additional charge per booking.

We're a bootstrapped team of 20+ people. This AppSumo launch is how we want to grow Radius Booking: with feedback from people who run real businesses and will tell us exactly what's missing.
