Q: no response from support and the platform is not working
The platform has not been working for some time, I wrote to support 2 times and did not receive any response. Does it work correctly for you, I tried different browsers, but it has no effect

Dear Appsumo. Only today I have had a chance to read the refund by the 8th of November 2024. I have been away. I checked my emails, and it looks like you didn't send any notification about the refund deadline for my RankAtom purchase. I am so upset and frustrated that I bought 3 codes for an abandoned app and I can't even get a refund.
Same... no notification. I gave it another shot today to see if it would work, but no luck. I decided to come here to find out what was going on and noticed that there was a short window where refunds were actually possible.

Q: How to change RankAtom dashboard dark theme?
After the recent update in the webpage layout of the RankAtom dashboard, the dark theme is selected by default. Earlier, there was an option for light and dark mode switching, but now it's unavailable.
This unavailability of the theme switcher causes difficulty when viewing a particular keyword's rank tracker screen, as the date and rank number pop-up has a light background and font color.
Can I please get a fix? I already did contact RankAtom support, but there was no reply from there. I appreciate any help you can provide.
i am asking anyone who bought this product if they have been able to reach support. the platform is still active but none of the features work at this moment, support doesn't answer any of the eamils, and by looking this chat looks like is MIA, I check TryHumanize and the same, now I am trying to figure out if this is another bad deal.
i am frustrated but with some hope that eventually this product will work again, I mean the new features are nice

I just logged in now, to my surprise, it worked. Immediately I saw a new UI, I knew something had been done.
I have been trying to use this tool for more than 3 months now but to no avail. Please check if it's working on your end.
