Q: Is it working again?

I know you guys are going around after months and saying that you had technical difficulties and the tool is now working.

The thing that I just dont understand is, you're saying the tool is working again now, but is it really? I logged in today after months, tried keyword research, when I click analyze keywords, nothing happens and my credits get taken. So I get no results but the credits are gone. I tried grid map, also not working. Both of the things have infinite loading bar but hours later no results.

So the way you fixed the tool is:
- Up until few weeks ago, the tool was completely dead and not working
- Now you update it so that it actually takes credits when you try to do keyword research, but you dont actually get anything because the tool doesnt work, just the credit consumption

So whats the point?
