In what areas does this application excel, when compared to a competing tool here on AppSumo, SiteGuru? Does anyone use both, and for what do you use them more?

I've already contacted them, but to no avail. Where is the support? The live chat option has been disabled. I've sent emails, but I haven't received any replies. Some features have stopped working—for example, SERP tracking is no longer updated, and only local maps are available. They remove live chat from their website, i sent them many emails too but no one responding. Their Rank Tracker also not working now, as it was tracking rank on daily basis, but now not working or show tracking in a month. They are just adding new service and asking for money. LOL
