Q: Can you stop deleting inactive accounts?
I purchased this deal last time it was available to find out after several months of inactivity my account was deleted. (Like many other sumolings)
Can you find an alternative to deleting inactive accounts, such as, pausing all activity for inactive accounts until logged in again?
I invest in AppSumo deals often times for projects I believe in, hoping to support entrepreneurs and continued development into a tool and team I like OR to invest in a tool, that sometimes, I'm not ready to use, so I keep it in my toolbox.
When I log into a tool after a few months when I'm ready to use it, to find my account deleted, I feel robbed.
My account getting deleted for inactivity gives me anxiety that makes me feel I need to login/logout occasionally just to keep this in my toolbox.
Instead of deleting accounts, can you offer an alternate solution so I can sideline your tool for months or years at a time so I can pull it out when I need it?

There's nothing to investigate at this time. My account is active with RankTracker.
I'm asking if you can change your policy for deleting inactive accounts so I don't have to login/logout every 2-3 months just to keep this in my toolbox.
I'd like to know if I don't use RankTracker for 3+ months, that the tool will still be there for me to use when I need it, without needing to contact support, provide proof of purchase via appsumo, and hope that support will still reinstate my account.

But let me make something clear. we are not deleting any accounts.
A user may be terminated if they violate our terms.
You're right, my account wasn't deleted, I could still log-in, but the account, after inactivity, feels like a trial account after expiration of the trial period.
The account had access to no tools and the only options were to subscribe to a plan.
I had to take the initiative to contact support and request my account to be reinstated, they asked for proof, so I dug up my Appsumo purchase details, and then it got reinstated. A couple day process.
The SEO settings I had setup as an initial test when I opened the account were gone; the account was essentially a fresh restart.
I like your tool but I doubt I'll realistically maintain logging in and logout every 2-3 months forever.
I would greatly appreciate you changing the policy for how inactive LTD accounts are treated. No expiration or putting an account 'on-hold' until logged in would be ideal.
PS: I got your email blast asking for crowdfunding investment. To be honest (as feedback) this policy alone stops me from being willing to invest.
