Can you guys bring this back to appsumo?
For a few months now I can't use Ranktracker which I bought for lifetime, it directs me to buy SUPPORT PLAN. When I went here, I saw that everyone has the same problem. It seems that Ranktracker does not have a team financially capable of managing lifetime subscriptions. Since we cannot use this product in any way at the moment, APPSUMO should provide the solution to the problem. APPSUMO should discuss this breach of trust with the ranktracker team and seek legal remedy if necessary. If the Ranktracker team transparently explains to us with documents that they are financially unable to manage lifetime subscriptions, I may agree to extend my Lifetime subscription by paying $40 per year. I'm trying to find a middle ground.

I am having the same issue. They don't allow me to use my LTD account if I don't buy a subscription. Appsumo, you should sue this company!
