Q: I am having the same issue.
They don't allow me to use my LTD account if I don't buy a subscription. Appsumo, you should sue this company!

yeah and Felix won't reply on slack or FB. I just get a generic response, purchase appsumo support plan for $82/yr. we got scammed!
