After contacting them, I eventually regained access. However, the dashboard is locked again with the same Ad asking for money. None of the features work, just an Ad is displayed. Are their servers being hacked, or the site hijacked?

The strange thing is that it states on the same page that my Ranktracker account is active and that the support plan is just for technical support. But no feature actually works. I highly recommend anyone who has paid for services check their bank accounts until we know what has happened to the Ranktracker site.
