We're all in the same boat. Ranktracker doesn't honor the LTD purchased through AppSumo and forces all Sumolings to subscribe to a "support plan" (which, frankly, nobody probably needs) to access the basic functionality of the platform.

I went for tier 3 and have been waiting for 6 months now to get this fixed. It won't! Ranktracker's business practices are abysmal and dishonest, and I've just written off the investment. I've updated my reviews on G2, Capterra, and Producthunt to warn potential customers about Ranktracker. Somebody who runs his business this way doesn't behave differently with other customers.
