I do not have an account, I find the terms discouraging, especially the one who allows shutting access if no use. Otherwise I would have bought 2 codes.

Thanks for pointing this out I agree it's not a good look to sell a lifetime account and then suspend or close the account because you haven't logged in for any period, Liveagent changed their terms and introduced this gotcha after the deal, citing the environment, humbug, cynical and unethical imho.
I would never go near a vendor like that, how little we use the lifetime account is up to us not a reason to scrap work done in the app, suspend or close the account.

I agree. Even if you buy insurance, they won't suspend you 3 months not logging in. Correct me if I am wrong. These are LTD users.
